We’re proud to announce the opening of our first office in Bristol, marking an exciting new chapter for Thomas Carroll Group. As an independent insurance, risk, wealth management and Insurtech company, this move strengthens our presence in the South West and reinforces our commitment to supporting businesses in the region.
Opening on 1 May 2025, our new Bristol office will be led by Regional Director and Bristol native Scott Levett, and will bring together team members from across the Group. This includes specialists in employee benefits, health and safety and insurance broking, offering a fully integrated service under one roof.
“This is a significant step for us,” said Scott. “We’ve seen great success with our Hereford office, and now feels like the right time to build on that by establishing a base in Bristol. The response from local businesses has been incredibly positive, and we’re excited to bring something different to the market—true independence and a team that’s personally invested in doing what’s right.”

Scott will be joined by award-winning insurance broker Callum Higgins (UK Broker Awards, Young Broker of the Year), employee benefits consultant Matt Cooper and health and safety consultant Emma Childs.
