The structure enables Yankee Candle leadership to implement and manage an excellent health and safety system with Thomas Carroll providing guidance and support.

Thomas Carroll have proven to be the correct Health and Safety partner choice for the Sinclair group. They are always supportive when required and are continually assisting us in achieving a strong company Health and Safety culture.

Thomas Carroll have demonstrated a flexibility and willingness to work with us as a Resort, often at very short notice – the training and support is first class!

The level of service received from Thomas Carroll’s Health & Safety team during the COVID-19 has been exceptional. The consultants all respond to queries in a timely manner and always at the end of the telephone to answer any concerns officers of the authority have. The authority would like to thank them for all the support they have given, especially during this current time.

Thomas Carroll have been a great support to Hodge during these unprecedented times. Our safety consultant, Stephanie, is always very friendly, helpful and quick to respond – both over the phone and via email. We recently completed the COVID-19 review service, to make sure we’re thoroughly compliant with COVID-19 health and safety measures, keeping our colleagues and clients as safe as possible. Leigh, who conducted the assessment, was professional and knowledgeable, also recommending several specialist training courses to help develop our in-house team.
