Meet Fiona Terry, from our Employee Benefits Team at Thomas Carroll.

“I’m a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with Thomas Carroll, where I work closely with companies large and small to ensure they have the right Employee Benefits in place for their workforce and that the benefits are structured in the most effective ways to allow both the employer and employees to make the best use of them. From company pensions to group life to healthcare, I am here to support business and be their trusted contact.

I love the variety in my role, but I think the favourite part for me is working so closely with different types of companies. Understanding their needs, getting to know individuals, and making sure they have the right benefits in place to support in times of need is hugely satisfying.

My favourite building in the world is the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. I spent a lot of time in the north of Spain in my early 20s and it really captured my heart. Looking at the Sagrada Familia is awe-inspiring in itself, but it really takes me back to care-free times.

One thing I would be without in my home is my electric blanket! It was a gift from my husband this Christmas and has been a life saver over the last few weeks!”
