We are pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Edwards as Account Director and Laura James as Account Executive to our London office.
Terry Edwards, from London, joins Thomas Carroll with 30 years of insurance leadership, including tenures at Marsh, Vista, and as Senior Partner at JLT Specialty. A specialist in UK and European commercial real estate, Terry excels in de-risking complex, high-value portfolios with tailored, sophisticated solutions for an evolving market.
Laura James, from Essex, joins as Account Executive, bringing deep expertise in underwriting, client relationship management and commercial trading. She previously worked for Mint Insurance Brokers, which were an acquisition of James Hallam two years ago, with a total service 10 years. There, she developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality service and strategic insurance solutions to clients.
Her appointment further enhances Thomas Carroll’s capabilities within the competitive London market, supporting continued growth and strengthening client relationships across a range of sectors.
