We’re proud to be named one of the best companies to work for in Wales and the UK
Last year Thomas Carroll was number 18 in the Welsh list, but this year shot up the rankings to number nine in the Best Companies to Work for in Wales 2025.
As an employee-owned business, we were also ranked 4th in the list of the best insurance companies to work for, improving on last year’s position at number seven.
We were also named as one of the Top 50 mid-sized companies to work for in the UK — marking 18 consecutive years of inclusion in this list. We climbed from number 67 in 2024 to number 44 this year.
This year has also seen Thomas Carroll achieve 2-star status, meaning we are officially an “outstanding company to work for”.
The Best Companies rankings are based on detailed employee surveys, which measure aspects such as personal growth, wellbeing and our commitment to social value principles.
