We are delighted to announce that Thomas Carroll were named Insurance Broker of the Year last week at the prestigious British Insurance Awards. The awards ceremony took place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Wednesday 4th July and attracted 2,000 guests from across the country.
The British Insurance Awards are the largest of their kind, with 24 categories covering all areas of insurance, including general insurance, SMEs, claims specialists, brokers, underwriters and service providers.
In attendance were Thomas Carroll Chairman John Moore, CEO Rhys Thomas and Sales Director Gareth Cotty. After an exciting wait, the penultimate category for Broker of the Year arrived and the Thomas Carroll team took to the stage to receive their award. Here is what Thomas Carroll CEO, Rhys Thomas, had to say about the momentous occasion:

The Insurance Broker of the Year award is granted to those that demonstrate “profitable growth, customer retention, innovation, staff progression and promotion of professionalism”. Thomas Carroll were named British Insurer of the Decade at the 20th anniversary British Insurance Awards in 2014. Four years later, this latest recognition serves as a reminder of our commitment to the insurance industry and the continuous efforts of everyone at Thomas Carroll to strive for progress.
