COVID-19 Notice: Alternative Contact Details

At Thomas Carroll, we remain committed to putting our people and clients at the forefront of what we do. Our Business Continuity Plan has been implemented and our teams are now all working remotely.

We are continuing to monitor the UK and international position on Coronavirus and our primary concerns are to:

1. Protect the health and wellness of our team
2. Protect the health and wellness of others, including clients and visitors
3. Protect the business during any time of disruption

We have been planning to ensure that in the event we face a major incident, our critical functions can continue to operate as best as possible. Therefore, we have taken the decision to make some immediate but temporary changes to the way in which we work:

Visits to client offices

For the protection of you and our colleagues, all but necessary visits have been suspended until further notice. However, we would encourage you to use alternative methods of communication, including Skype and Facetime.

Remote working

To ensure we are doing everything within our control to protect our employees, clients and visitors, we are fully supporting the government’s social distancing advice and all of our employees are now working remotely. We want to do everything we can to operate as best as possible through any short or long-term disruption so that you can receive the quality service you normally enjoy from our team.
