Available on iOS and Android devices, our Claims App gives Thomas Carroll business and personal insurance clients a 24/7 platform to report a claim. Without being dependent on a laptop, you have the convenience of reporting a claim on the roadside, when it happens. Reporting incident details, from the time and location of the accident to whether there are any injuries is quick and efficient with a purposefully simple set of questions to guide you at often a worrying time. You can even take and upload photos of any damage and your surroundings, for example road markings, to support your claim. GPS captures your accurate location and if you don’t have phone signal, the information you have submitted is stored and the notification sent when you’re next in range.
After being submitted, our Claims team will receive your notification and will notify Insurers immediately if within business hours, and the next working day if outside of business hours. You will also have the option to send information to Thomas Carroll’s out of hours partner, Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS). Prompt notification of an incident allows our Claims team to act quickly, which in turn keeps the cost of the claim down and mitigates the impact on your premium.
