The awards, which were held virtually this year as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, recognises the best in insurance broking, celebrating their hard work and successes.
2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. Even before COVID-19, the UK was on high flood alert as a result of Storm Dennis. In South Wales, homes and businesses suffered devastating damage from mass flooding caused by heavy rainfall.
Our claims team were onsite offering support immediately after the event and continued to operate 24/7 for many weeks to help our clients at such a crucial time.
Then and always, our claims team live by their ethos to be with our clients ‘every step of the way’. This latest accolade recognises their hard work, their dedication to providing a first-class service to our clients and their commitment to delivering excellence within the insurance industry.
