How secure is my data?
Our web servers are kept up to date with Windows patches and all passwords are encrypted in the database. Access to the website is via SSL certificates issued by Global Sign which makes it as secure as internet banking.
Where can I get help if I have a problem with our health and safety management system?
There is a detailed help section for each module - you can also contact our technical help desk via email or telephone.
How many licenses will I get for our health and safety management system?
We will provide three user licences, although additional licences can be provided under a separate agreement, if required.
How do I log into our health and safety management system?
We will provide you with personalised login details. Each user will have a unique User Name, User Area and Password.
Will you disclose any information to third parties?

Where Thomas Carroll act as your appointed insurance broker, information will be passed to them, unless you specifically instruct us not to do so as certain information could be deemed as a material fact by insurers.

If Thomas Carroll do not act as your appointed insurance broker, you are advised to disclose such information to your insurance service provider. Failure to do so could invalidate your insurance cover.

Information will not be disclosed to other third parties, except where we are required to make such disclosure for regulatory or legal reasons.

What happens if we have an accident?
We will provide an emergency response to any incident that requires investigation following an accident or dangerous occurrence if the nature and severity of the incident warrants it.
What happens if I am visited by the Enforcing Authorities?
If you are contacted by either the HSE or EHO regarding any health and safety issue, then you should contact us and let us know immediately and we will discuss and agree what steps to take. We will agree a plan of action and if necessary, we will attend any meetings with the enforcing authority.
What training will you provide to our employees?
This will depend on what we agree with you in our service agreement. All of our training courses are designed to give delegates the competence and confidence so that they can contribute positively to the management of health and safety in their workplace. Any additional training required can be provided under a separate agreement.
How often will you visit?
This will depend on what we agree with you in our service agreement and what best suits your individual needs.
Will you complete our risk assessments?
No. We firmly believe that as an organisation, you know more about your operations than anyone else and are therefore best placed to undertake risk assessments. The training we will provide will ensure that those individuals who undertake risk assessments have sufficient knowledge to do so.
